Had to come share my experience in hopes of helping others. I was a patient of this practice…I was told I needed a crown and I made an appointment for that. Once in the chair Swankhouse proceeds to say it will be an extraction instead. I trusted their opinion and agreed. A few weeks go by and my daughter had her first appointment with the same dentist. Dr. Swankhouse and her team are great! She and Mary (hygienist) worked and cleaned around a tight jaw issue with care and attention. 👍🏼👍🏼

I have been a patient of Swankhouse Dental for several years. The staff is customer focused from Mary, dental hygienist to Rhiannon, the receptionist. Rhiannon called me to make sure I knew their location had changed and is proactive about insurance. Mary is a great hygienist who is thorough and professional. Dr. Swankhouse explains procedures and is authentic in her bedside manner. My husband is now their client as well because he observed the professionalism that exists in this office. Strongly recommend.
Okay ya’ll. This is going to be an emotional review. I am petrified of the dentist. Literally so so so scared. I usually have to take anxiety meds before going and have the most sensitive teeth/gums/jaw. When I tell you that I have never felt more safe, seen, heard and taken care of at a dentist in my LIFE - I mean it. Dr. Swankhouse and her entire staff are sooooo attentive, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and are constantly enduring their clients feel safe and comfortable.
