Got there a little earlier than the appointment time but still had to wait close to 40 minutes for eyebrow waxing. The staff member working did not apologize for the wait time, and also did not mention that this is a cash only business. When asked if they take cards she replied, "No sorry, I probably should of mentioned that." Overall I got the impression that I was imposing on her time even though I was paying her for a service. Not a good experience, would not recommend to a friend, will not be going back.
