We received excellent and professional service! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip thanks to having a car, which provided us with the convenience to explore at our leisure. Unfortunately, we missed the opportunity to drive along the scenic coastal highway due to inclement weather. We appreciate the service provided. It's worth noting that if the drivers are under 25, there is an additional fee of $25 per day for the car rental, likely due to the associated higher risk for younger drivers.
The manager was prepared for our arrival and presented us with our selected vehicle. When we returned the car after hours, we discovered that we had left a phone inside. The next morning, I called the location, and the manager located the phone and held onto it for us until we could pick it up. We really appreciate the excellent customer service.
The service was fantastic. I was in and out quickly. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. I will definitely return for my future rental needs. Thank you!
