This company denied a claim we filed with PennDOT because they cited "Sovereign Immunity" for the massive pothole that caused major damage to our car and several others. This one was on 376 West near Monroeville heading toward downtown Pittsburgh. Many cars hit it. Big trench along the rumble strip in the left-most lane right after the bridge near mile marker 82. The road milling work done by your employees was super, fine and completely done excellent here in New Homestead (Pittsburgh 31st ward) last week. The removal of old asphalt was done precisely right and so carefully despite the interruption by outsider drivers who could have gone around this area for a day. Please make sure to relay this message to all those involved and tell them they did fantastic service in my community.

Terrible drivers. Pulled out in front of me, and blocked the highway going 4 mph… let alone having to slam on my brakes and lay the horn. I went to call and make a complaint and the lady told me the safety guy was in a meeting… never got a call back, what a joke.

Won't even give a struggling guy a chance to provide for his family and to get back on his feet. It's a crying shame.
