Very poor representation. I asked questions about ELTS scores an Steven assured me they were fine. He filed and my claim was denied. Steven then refused to do a follow-up. I am out over $12,000. I would highly recommend finding a different imigration lawyer. I highly suspect the 5 star reviews were made by false accounts. I recently tried to file a complaint with CICC and they have no record of him. The portal he gave me to use he closed. All documents he had I no longer have access to.
