The owner is rude. They came to my complex at 7AM to clean the upstairs apartment and when I went up there because they were making entirely too much noise this early in the morning, the owner said "by law I can start this machine up at 7:30." It was before 7:30 when he started this obnoxious task and the attitude that I was given back was unprofessional and unnecessary.
