Very thorough and explained everything I left feeling like I had all the answers plus some. Was very gentle and was pampered with treats after the consultation. My dogs I mean. So all in all was an all round great visit. We were seeing Ziggy for around a year as my senior dog developed glaucoma in one of her eyes as she aged (We had previously been going to Perth Animal eye Hospital and Ziggy is more than a fraction of the cost!) Ziggy is very knowledgeable and personable and although at times can be very direct, she means well. When my Minnie passed away she called me to give me her condolences which was just lovely and much appreciated. Every single staff member I have encountered over my visits here has been exceptional - all vets, vet nurses, and reception staff are incredibly caring, attentive to detail, and willing to help. Highly recommend!
