The young front desk lady is very rude and unprofessional, with clients. We were booked for 3 appointments for our felines. In late Dec, I was contacted to take in a cruelty case. I found the cat tattoo I contacted the Humane Society got the necessary information. She has dental issues and is missing teeth. Can only eat soft food. I just needed a veterinarian to look in her mouth. Might of taken 5 minutes. The front desk said I can tell you now, no. The veterinarian you are seeing doesn't do dental. So, no time.
