Christina has been tremendously insightful, validating, and supportive to me in navigating some highly complex matters. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in a wealth of professional experience. Many of the poor reviews I see spark curiosity as to how accountable some clients were prepared to hold themselves at the time of service, because there is little point in attending therapy with no capacity for self-examination 🤷‍♀️

I stopped going to Swan Valley Psychology after I felt really uncomfortable with my therapist. My dr referred me to a certain female therapist, no one told me that I will be booked in with a male instead of telling me that female therapist does not work there. Not only did they compare my issues with their personal issues, the centre itself was uncomfortable. Smelt like body odour, and dirty on the floor. If you need help, I highly recommend NOT going with these people. I had one successful appointment with Christina and I thought I would be supported and was happy to see her. The office in Bassendean was cosy and clean. After that, things turned for the worst, I had a phone appointment booked which no one called me for, my texts and emails were ignored for days, even though I stated I am in a massive depression episode and was not coping and wanted to speak to a psychologist.
