I have been going to this surgery for a lot time and doctor Stewart is really good, and I have also seen other doctors there they make you feel very comfortable , and the lady's at reception are beautiful.
I am disappointed with many of the reviews about the drs, staff and the service in Swan Street surgery. I believe some of these harsh comments are simply a result of mostly impatient people and Who are not walking in these Drs or staffs shoes all day long. Doctors always running late, so we started calling to ask how late they were before heading in. Regardless of this reception would say only 20 mins late when the result was over an hour! No care for the customers time! Avoid and go somewhere else
Been seeing this doctor since I moved from Sydney a year ago, couldn't afford to go back for a few months and when I did the doctor Susanna told me repeatedly to "go see your doctor" ... but they are my doctor. Waited an hour to see her cause they didn't mark me as arrived, despite me talking to the receptionists and updating all my details. Only for her to ignore all my previous medical history, and refuse to help. Do not go here.
