Doctors always running late, so we started calling to ask how late they were before heading in. Regardless of this reception would say only 20 mins late when the result was over an hour! No care for the customers time! Avoid and go somewhere else
Been seeing this doctor since I moved from Sydney a year ago, couldn't afford to go back for a few months and when I did the doctor Susanna told me repeatedly to "go see your doctor" ... but they are my doctor. Waited an hour to see her cause they didn't mark me as arrived, despite me talking to the receptionists and updating all my details. Only for her to ignore all my previous medical history, and refuse to help. Do not go here.
It’s a shame Swan Street Surgery has such a bad star rating as my experience there has been nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Granich is so lovely and extremely thorough. I’ve never had a GP like her, she is amazing. And the reception staff that I’ve dealt with were also so friendly and helpful. It’s hard to find good GP clinics and I would absolutely recommend this one.
Have been visiting GPs here for a long time and have always been treated well.
