This is probably the worst massage experience ever! First of all their attitude was pretty bad and their service was not good, I feel more pain after the massage..! The worst thing is that they would complain about the tip and request you to tip more! They would pressure you to do it and if you don't tip well because you are unsatisfied. Also I ordered 60 min massage and they only did 50min.. They don't care about the customer service at all. Stay away and do not go there!
Avoid this place at all costs; unprofessional service and toxic management made for a miserable experience. 爛店爛店爛店！真心希望不要有人受害，太爛了 Manager很爛，EQ很低，很會情緒勒索人，按摩師Yona，店裡很冷要求開電毯就囉嗦她自己很熱，我去按摩按到我整個冷得肌肉都酸痛了，店裡也沒有熱敷或是熱石，按摩最討厭人家一直用手臂推，是要多省力？我來指壓找專業按摩師結果服務像一根擀麵棍？按摩時間也偷工減料，你以為你買了一個小時，但其實只會按50分鐘，中間也很多不是很流暢的動作讓人覺沒有誠意，甚至她使出了一個說會很熱的招數，我只覺得我的皮膚要被搓到要起火了，她自己累得要命好像這就是我應該要負責任似的，我沒有要求，其實給我一個熱石或是好好開電毯、窩暖不好嗎？ 最後，因為我真的過程非常不舒服，我給了小費15%，竟然Manager對店內大喊我給的太少，按摩師走出來嘟噥說：那麼少還不如不給，是！我真的還不如不給！我花$60元來這邊受涼受罪，身體根本沒覺得舒適、只覺得滿心得後悔，都覺得是冤枉錢了還要再多付小費被你們消遣，為什麼妳拿到不滿意的小費就覺... read more
