Amazing. Pays close attention to my needs. I Work many hours a day and after visit feel so much better. Deep tissue massage to address my areas of most pain. I truly appreciate how I feel after. Offers flexible times and dates and variety of massages 💆♀️. Would recommend to anyone in need and a good massage therapist. The professionalism, understanding, and kindness make it all worth it.
Thought I would give a small business a try but I had the worst massage, lady continued to talk through out the entire massage. Had to tell her 3 times to not put her entire weight on me. I’m usually a reasonable tipper but when it’s really bad k don’t tip although they yelled at me and forced a tip due to them not getting paid. Seems pretty weird but you never force a tip specially if you know what you provided
Kinda sketchy and it smelled like old smelly carpet. The massage therapist left me with the hot stones for way too long, and when she finally got back proceeded to make a call and had a conversation (in mandarin I presume )with the speaker right next to my ear for many minutes. I had to literally tell her I was not ok with that. Then the massage was decent but I felt like the massage therapist was huffing and puffing too much making me pretty uncomfortable. Swan Spa was was the only spa that had an opening so my husband and I booked a couples massage. We arrived and was warmly greeted. There is a language barrier. What I thought I agreed to didnt match the price at the end. We went from $185 before the massage to $250 at checkout. We got the hot stones, however, the stones were just laid on my back for 10 mins. The hole where your face is positioned has no cushion, which caused me to have a headache.
