Amazing experience with Kirk and his whole team who went above and beyond for me. I had a leak in my TPO/mansard roof and they rushed right out and it was fixed very quickly. Great communication and they treated my home with as much care as if it were their own.
Swan Roofing is a top notch company. Insurance did not want to pay when my roof was hail damaged. Mark Lenzer went above and beyond to provide me with everything needed to get this claim processed. His years of experience proved valuable in convincing insurance this roof needed to be replaced. Even though it was a small job, he didn't treat it that way. He took care of my home as if it were his own. I couldn't be happier with my new roof. It is beautiful!
We had our roof replaced by another company in 2023, but experienced water infiltration to 2 rooms during short-lived but heavy storms last week. Our original roofer blamed leaf debris buildup, but that didn't seem to fully explain the large amount of water that came into our home. I called Swan for a 2nd opinion.
