Absolutely love our pool and spa. It was a pleasure working with Rich Bennetts to get our dream backyard, pool and spa. If you want a quality job done correctly this is the company!
Tom Willard head of Swan Pools is a very unethical person. I strongly would not recommend doing business with them . After promising to fix my plaster on my pool , he would use delay tactics to get out of doing repairs . Have given them more than adequate time to step up , they refuse to answer my call . They will promise quality pools but don’t stand behind their work .Sad to say now forced to take legal action against Swan Pools
Swan Pools was the only option in our area that entertained our financial situation, and was able to recommend a good loan company to us... If it weren't for jessica I would have just believed the other places we called who said a pool was out of our budget... keep the dream alive! 🙂
