I am just so disappointed.How my pool turned out.It's been a couple years now and every time I go in my backyard and look at it.I get upset to the point where I don't even want to use it.

The worst experience with a contractor/company ever. They seldom showed up or called on time and would not let me know when they were not coming as planned, did not keep me in the loop , did not return my calls, built the hot tub on the wrong side , pool cover did not work for several months requiring several rework iterations, drainage for cover compartment flooded which took months to finally have fixed, already had to have something fixed in equipment area and they were a year and a half late completing the work as per co... read more
