Beautiful community..friend is remodeling condo and it's fabulous..been there for girls day at pool several times. If could have small gas grill would move there after selling our house..otherwise it's a no as hubby grills out a lot and electric grill doesn't cut it
We live in Swan Pointe off Blankenbaker. It is a combination of Patio Homes and Condos. There is a group of us that go out to eat every week and enjoy each other’s company. Sometimes we have about 15 people sometimes there are as many as 30. The HOA Association is very active and a great group that is very active.
