Purchased a brand new hot water service and had it delivered within an hour. Price was great and Bailey was extremely helpful and great to deal with. Couldn’t fault the service I received.
In my 25 years in Australia I have only experienced one example of worse customer service.

We renovated our bathroom, laundry and toilet last year and the guys at Swan were so amazing to deal with. They would follow through with getting back to you promptly and the availability of our orders were insanely quick.
