Over the years, we’d purchased various items from Swan Plumbing (Nerang) and therefore after researching various Bathroom Grab Rails, our decision was made on the Product we wanted installed. Don't waste your time going to Bunnings for plumbing supplies, because Swann will be cheaper, (just bought something for $4.25 that was $21.40 at Bunnings) and they carry things Bunnings don't have eg stormwater pipe. Additionally, they are knowledgeable and helpful and service is prompt.

I rang this company about a spare part for my toilet and Ben the manager was so helpful and accomodating and went out of his way to help me….you just don’t get sincere and raw service like this these days. Highly recommend them as all the guys at the desk helped out. Looks like no job “literally” too small or too much of an effort - thanks Ben you’re the bomb. Pa the cistern lid does fit (so well done)
