Last Friday, PG&E detected a gas leak at my business and shut off supply to the affected pipe. We reached out to Swann Plumbing late on a Friday afternoon, and from the very first call, they were courteous, professional, and understanding of the urgency of our situation. They immediately reached out to their technicians to try to get someone out, and when that wasn’t possible, their General Manager personally stepped in.
