After the recent freeze, this guy came out only to tell me he "couldn't do anything today because he has to heat the pipes and doesn't have the tools. He then charged me $100 to come out. I've been had. He hasn't heard the end of this as I plan on contacting the appropriate authorities and ethical boards. By the following day the frozen pipes would likely have cracked! More money for him I suppose he thinks. Doesn't deserve a single star at all.
