Josh came out on Monday and snaked my sewer drain. Worked OK for a day then plugged up again, worse. Called and left message on a Tues. No call back. Called and talked with a lady on Wed. Josh out on call. No call back. Went to town and rented a snake for $40 and snaked it myself. Pulled big blob if hair. No more problem. Josh charged me $235 for the original call. I should get my money back. Feeling ripped off. Won't call them again.
