Julie gives me the best cuticle clean I have ever had, every single time. She is super friendly and the best. Even though I don't live close by, I always go to this salon for my Pedi.

I made an appointment through class pass and drove 30 min from my house when I arrived Judy was the rudest and most rude person to me, I let her know I had Two appointments, for hands and feet and first she denied it, then she went into her calendar and literally there were my appointments listed. To which she literally replied well I can't attend to you and went on to sit and continue attending to the girl that was with her, she literally ignored me and I never heard an "I'm sorry" or a solution. I booked a classic pedicure session on ClassPass for Jan 26 at 4:30pm. I reached there on time only to see that the place is closed and there’s nobody there. No answer to a phone call either. It is highly unprofessional and inconvenient. If they are closed, they should not take appointments.
