Omg,i had emergency situation,i came in,amazing front desk girls found me space in one hour,everyone was super helpful,and number one doctor Holly,she was life saver,i really love this place with my heart and recommend it to every woman had that great experience and high quality help

I had such a positive experience with Dr. Carol Cox and the entire team at Swan Mountain. Dr. Cox was incredibly educational and took the time to walk me through my concerns in a way that made me feel informed and empowered in understanding my own body—something I haven't received in care before. The entire staff is lovely and made me feel welcomed. Grateful to have found this clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for thoughtful, patient-centered care.
I absolutely love this office and their team. How many times have you felt like you are just a name on a chart being rushed through a visit? I’ve never once felt that way at Swan Mountain. I am given time to ask questions, and voice my concerns, and most importantly, I feel heard when I do. Dr.Hickman and Dr.Cox are genuinely kind, and very knowledgeable! I’ve experienced great care before from this clinic. However today I arrived 5 minutes after my appointment time due to construction. After waiting 20 minutes they told me I was marked as a “no show” for being 10 minutes late (even though it was 5) therefore they wouldn’t see me. Just upset at the communication and the fact that I have to reschedule, I live 45 minutes away and missed class over this appointment and I missed it due to a 5 minute delay.
