5 stars for a 3 star hotel. The place was very clean and cozy. Check in/out was easy. Loved the amenities in the room, had laundry soap, coffee filters, coffee and snack available to use. The pool, hot tub, and game room was fun for the kids. I also liked how you could rent a movie or game.
Comfortable and absolutely spotless. The area is stunning.
I would give this place 0 stars if i could! The entire resort is outdated and despicable. The washer needed maintenance and they offered to fix it 3 times but never actually helped us. My wife found 7 cockroaches in her pillowcase, and when you go here you will figure the real problems out. Like the stench. The bathroom had an awful smell, and the walls oozed with a thick moldy plaster. I could tell the room hadn’t been cleaned in a decade or two. Please reconsider booking here, it is not worth it.
