The receptionist told me to come in even though I was late, for important medication for epilepsy and chronic pain (accidentally left at home in kalgoorlie) I go in, less than 30 minutes after the phone call and oops, sorry no drs available, even though I was literally just told to come in, 90 minutes wasted travel time and no attempt to even try to ASK a Dr, just nope, I'm the practise manager and even though my call centre told you that you should come in, we can't see you. Great medical practice. I have been coming here for nearly 3 years and find the staff very helpful and friendly and have seen 2 doctors, both ladies. They are helpful, attentive and a problem that I have been suffering greatly with over the last 7 years is finally sorted out due to the doctors not wanting to give up on me.
