Clean, quiet and well maintained with a cute playground/park, nice views and a Summit Co shuttle bus. Katie is one of the friendliest property managers I've ever come across, and she really helped us out of a bind during our time in CO.
While I feel the shuttle service to and from the bus stop is a wonderful service, when following the driver he stopped just before Royal Coachman makes the sweeping right hand rising corner up to the Meadowwood subdivision. I stopped behind the shuttle and waited for a minute with my arms folded to signify there is NO WAY I'm going to endanger myself or my neighbors by passing on the shuttle's left into the oncoming left lane on a blind corner where nobody expects someone in the wrong lane. Access to the Colorado trail not a bad place
The management team is dead beat. We have put in our application given the fee and waited three months. We toured places and were really interested in multiple. We have yet to receive a call back and our check processed. This company is far from professional and I would not recommend Sun Communities or Swan Meadow Village to anyone. Thanks for contributing to the difficult housing market.
