Called in advance to say I was coming came in. Waited 30 minutes in the lobby. Called (heard the call ringing, she answered and I could hear her talk from the room. I told her I was there and ready. She said ok coming. Waited another 20 minutes and no one came.
Went in for a massage and was asked to pay in advance after being told they were not busy after I specifically asked if they were. After waiting twenty minutes in a massage room without service I insisted on a refund and walked out
