The reception staff are rude, they have no experience, they act rudely, they should take a polite course or be replaced with new staff
I found the receptionists very polite and helpful especially when I had trouble breathing.
Haven't seen a doctor in 2 years, so i rang to make an appointment and the MALE receptionist was so rude, no manners not even polite he was very abrupt. When you ring before speaking to a receptionist we have to listen to a message about respecting our receptionists...well same goes for patients! I'm 51 and my children have more manners and respect....ooooh I can't wait for my appointment in 4 weeks we'll see how he reacts in person because this isn't finished yet! Oh my God to say about this surgery's receptionist. They are terribly uneducated. They don't have manner or knowledge that how to speak with patients. And Their behaviour is like we are torturing them. They really change their staff and their attitude towards patients. Even one of the doctor have to change their attitude.
