I recently purchased my second vehicle from Swan Lake Motors and truly can't recommend them enough. I bought my first car from them after being in an accident. It was a stressful time, and I was new to financing, but they went above and beyond to make it work within my budget. When it came time for an upgrade, the process was even smoother. Everyone was just as friendly, helpful, and professional as I remembered. And as a bonus, there are two adorable dogs in the office that make the experience even more welcoming!
Sid and the whole team made the entire buying process incredibly easy! They took the time to find exactly what we were looking for (and more!), and went above and beyond in service. Even when there was an unexpected issue, it was taken care of without hesitation. We're lucky to have a locally owned business like this here.
I bought a 2020 F150 a few weeks ago at Swan Lake Motors. Right from the start, texting back and forth with Mike (one of the salesmen), was stress free. Even when I went to the sales lot, there still was no pressure at all...quite the opposite really. Mike really wanted me to get the truck that fit my needs. The rest of the staff was awesome also, especially their two dogs.🐕 I strongly recommend going to Swan Lake Motors, if you're looking for a used vehicle. You will not be disappointed!! Ed

I can’t thanks Swan Lake Motors for all they have done when I purchased my “new to me” truck. We drove in from Chilliwack to look at a Ram pickup and was very surprised to see how beautiful of a truck it really was. They went above and beyond in helping us get the right tires and alignment and had the front end checked out after they already had it inspected to ease my mind on my purchase.
