This place.is far from a community you can call home this is a place where you can be a owner and not have a voice about anything pertaining to your livelihood from water which is always shut off due to maintenance and yet as a owner you have to cover that cost on the backend ???? Well Let’s be real , what I thought it was it wasn’t, in the last year that Evoke has owned this park it’s has gone to hell , the park looks trashy the management is terrible, how do you take a cashier from McDonald’s with no experience and make her park manager over a 345+ units park and she Brenda is horrible, how does someone write evictions when their 1600 behind in rent , she has not a clue of what she is doing and now she’s training the new asst manager HOW!!!!!! and the attitude she has with tenants , they have tenant... read more
I rarely do reviews but since this new manager Brenda OMG!!1 she doesn't know if she's coming or going , and her attitude is just nasty and she doesn't know how to talk to people and she never has answers for nothing ...lets just say I've been here over a long time been through 3 or 4 companies and the people are good but the park has seen better days as far as the look 6 or 7 years ago it would have never looked like this , and this park use to be full now its so many empty homes its crazy and not to mention they keep goin... read more
