I would not recommend moving here! In the 3 years I have lived here the ground rent has increased by $150! The management does not do the required maintenance! There is a serious drainage issue the management said would be taken care of! That was 3 years ago! The people are wonderful, but nothing else about this place is acceptable! The management doesn’t take care of their part, but they send out letters picking on landscaping, and other things they don’t like. Nit loving it here!
Used to live there. Had a 20 something across the street pretty sure selling drugs from her grandpa's shed. Had a 40 something next door taking care of his elderly father and he had hookers in on the weekends. The park management didn't want to hear any of it. We left. Won't ever go back.
