The hoses arrived as promised. I still like Swan hoses better than any other hose! I do wish the hoses had the more durable brass connectors like they used to have years ago.
I placed an online order, had to make a change, called the company and spoke with someone who canceled the original order and told me to re-order. I placed the second order, received a confirmation, but have not received the hoses. I have called several times and left several messages with no return phone call. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company because it seems like I am not going to be receiving these hoses. I have used Swan hoses my entire life, and I am very disappointed in this experience.
promptly replaced defective hose, great service, Nina was very helpful

Had their 75’ contractor industrial hose. Didn’t last 1 year before splitting under 30 psi. Avoid. Not worth the extra cost. Warranty is a nightmare and non existent being a Canadian.
