Had their 75’ contractor industrial hose. Didn’t last 1 year before splitting under 30 psi. Avoid. Not worth the extra cost. Warranty is a nightmare and non existent being a Canadian.
No Communication w/Customer Service - purchased a garden hose online, received an email with order confirmation but no shipping or tracking information. I emailed the company asking about the use of a coupon, as well as seeking tracking info, but received no response to multiple emails. I would not recommend purchasing from swanhose.com, good luck getting in contact with a human. Still have not received order.
