Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, clean room and facilities, cooked us a ripper continental breakfast and considering it was only us two we were happily surprised to recieve the full deal. Swimming pool was a delight (not the usual over chlorinated bunfight) mini golf course could do with a tidy, but all in all , aside from obviously ageing infrastructure, we were very happy with the helpfull staff and our two nights stay.

If you’re thinking of staying here, DON’T! Rooms run down and NOTHING like advertising photos. Rooms run down, paint peeling off walls, mouldy and rotten timber in bathrooms, and water stains on the roof from obvious water leaks. Large skip bins in car park for waste making it very difficult to park if you have a larger vehicle. No milk in rooms for tea and coffee and when we asked for some we were told milk is available across the road at a service station. Extremely disappointing experience.

Rooms,location and facilities (resort pool)all very good but unfortunately no sleep for the 2 nights as the room was facing the road.B double trucks slow down for the bend or stop at the lights before taking off.Probably would avoid all the rooms along the highway if possible when booking.3 stars due to road noise

My family needed a relaxing getaway and we found it at the Swan hill resort. From the amazing staff at check in and the incredible facilities like indoor and outdoor pool both themed unbelievable, with a tennis court and mini golf setup there is do much to do just at the resort. The room we were given has a very nice setup with modern facilities and colour tone and beds were very relaxing.
