Poor service. Pay for advice treatment and spent more time accessing other services and hospital when this should have been sorted at first visit.
For 12 months I have been trying to get treated for a problem & after seeing 7 "drs, still nothing has been done. I have been gaslight by 3 drs & the rest Pretty much thought I was lying even though the problem can be seen. I have been called psychotic by one dr & treated with medications that had nothing to do with the problem. After seeing another Dr today I am done with substandard people who call themselves "dr". I can't bring myself to go back to that clinic to even get scripts. Thanx swan hill.
All the Doctors Nurses and staff have been kind efficient and very friendly
Most pathetic doctors, was dismissed for 3 years and then found out the lump we had been worried about was cancer, wouldn't waste time going here. Dr Hessian is meant to be good but turned out to be completely useless. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Not the 1st time this happened either, dismissed multiple seizures only to find out later it was a brain tumor. Get your act together, stop thinking you know best and refer people to specialists who actually know what they are doing and stop playing with people's lives.
