I went to the clinic to get a referral and a basic prescription for treatment of insomnia . The student Dr treated me in a kind caring professional manner . However enter the female Gp who treated me with a threatening cold intimidating persona. When I asked her what were the side effects of the new medication she looked at me blankly and said take 1/2 tablet and walked out I intend to make a formal complaint
Updated if I could give minus stars i would. Tried booking online for appointment 3 times got knocked back 3 times. Telling me to ring them. If I had a phone I would. But now im 3 weeks without my prescriptions and I have travel to Bendigo for appointment just so I don't possibly have a stroke from high blood pressure. Disgusting behaviours from doctors. Hopefully someone with more care for the community will open up here.
I've never usually had any problems with this clinic since I was a child from the 80's back then was different location and swan hill medical has merged into swan hill primary health. Problems now is the really long wait times when calling to make my Vic roads medical review appointment. Two days in a row couldn't get answered I suggest dont call around 12pm.
