I don't know why I bother and my health is worse off for being with this particular doctor. When I do require some help , even a referral, the simplest paperwork baffles her and isn't done at all ,cause she can't be bothered or completely botches it, and having to wait for 6 weeks just to be let down time and time again, mean while my health declines while she fobs me off again cause she can't understand paperwork that I require for a gp to refer me to a specialist, simple ask but nope , no help as per usual and wasted my ti... read more

By far one of the stupidest receptionists that I've ever come across in my life. "You need to call up at 8am to get an appointment" Is what she kept repeating. When I kept asking further why I couldn't book an appointment, she said that all appointments with this Doctor were fully booked, until they left. To the receptionist, how do you expect me to know that without you telling me prior? Just telling someone that they have to call at 8am each day, without actually explaining why they can't book a normal appointment like eve... read more
