Picked up my Kia Carnival today, well had it delivered more than half way to me. I have been dealing with Dean and David. Both have been incredible dealing with all my questions. We had a tricky situation with our van this week the meant we couldn’t drive home Neville from Swan Hill Auto group was the Good Samaritan who helped us source the right tools and then provided the ingenuity to tackle the problem. He was so nice and helpful saying “ I’d want someone to help me when I need it” When offered payment or “coffee” he just said “do a Google review. It’s good for the business” Thank you Neville
