Thankyou to Dean for your amazing customer service! We came up from Melbourne for the night to look at a car! In great condition! Dean we wondering answer all our questions via phone prior to us coming up! They even put on the kids Channel on the tv to distract the kiddies while my husband and I took turns road testing the car! Picked up my Kia Carnival today, well had it delivered more than half way to me. I have been dealing with Dean and David. Both have been incredible dealing with all my questions. We had a tricky situation with our van this week the meant we couldn’t drive home Neville from Swan Hill Auto group was the Good Samaritan who helped us source the right tools and then provided the ingenuity to tackle the problem. He was so nice and helpful saying “ I’d want someone to help me when I need it” When offered payment or “coffee” he just said “do a Google review. It’s good for the business” Thank you Neville
Fixed my cruise control and also did a little bit of panel beating, was happy with what they did, had to wait a while to have parts fitted and they were very expensive
