This was my 2nd time going here and I just want to thank the nursing staff so much. They are top notch and made such an unpleasant procedure much more tolerable. Dr. Kisso was very pleasant to talk to and answered my questions so I could even understand them while foggy. The printout of the results and images are excellent to reread when you get home if you forget anything that was said.

The office staff is incredibly rude. I have repeatedly waited 20 + minutes on hold only to have the call disconnected. If you go in to make an appointment or ask questions they are rude and act like you are wasting their time. I did like the NP but I will not be returning.

I gave it up to schedule an appointment for my husband. Called three times and waited 45 min the first time listening to a stupid tune, 50 min the second time and 35 min the third time before I hung up frustrated. Nobody can tell me that this office has hundreds of calls per day. So I decided to go there personally to get an appointment. Absolutely horrid. Hold times of 45 minutes then the call disconnects. Voicemails left with no return call. We had a resident who required colonoscopy rescheduled because she accidentally had a very small bowl of cereal over 30 hours before appointment. I assume doctor wasn’t even contacted for this, just some MA made a decision based on “rules”
