I was given a referral to Swan and made an appointment. Arrived on time to fill out paperwork. Had to wait 25 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. A woman came in, didn't introduce herself or tell me her title. MD? NP? PA? I don't know. She said well, I see you've been having some issues, you need a colonoscopy. So many bad reviews had me scared, but honestly, I had a fantastic experience from A to Z. Office staff was lovely, nurses and nurse practioners were great (Tina Carr [I hope that's right] was my NP for my consultation, and she was so sweet, I really appreciate her) and my colonscopy (done by Dr. Deeb) was smooth, and easy. As somebody with so much medical anxiety, I hate that the reviews painted this place so negatively. Just don't, find a legitimate place in a city that holds their staff accountable. I had a traumatic experience and will never trust having a similar procedure again without intense therapy. Justice is for the wealthy, so I definitely can't pay a lawyer enough to sue for malpractice. For your own well-being, avoid this place.

Lana isn't a real doctor. She took a 2-year nursing course and thinks that counts. These people are lying to steal your money.
