Dealing with Swan Garage Doors was as smooth as glass. I originally obtained 2 quotes and Swan’s was by far the most economical, especially because I’m a pensioner. When the new doors were ready for installation, Lee, the installer, arrived on time, introduced himself and got to work. He was fantastic, personable and professional. Couldn’t be more pleased with the end result; the doors look fantastic.
I'm so happy with the service we received from Swan Garage Doors, from first contact to Ed coming out to service and fix our remote garage door!! I contacted them on a Tuesday, they were scheduled in that Thursday, great communication, excellent customer service and so efficient. They are fantastic!! Thank you!!

If there was a zero star option they would have it. I called Swan garage doors about my garage with them. Over the phone they said a technician would come to my home and let me know once there my options. The lady Kelly on the phone also said that if I went with the new motor option it would be $810 for the new motor including installation. When the technician came to my home he didn't offer me any options, simply said that the quote and invoice would be sent.
