Super impressed with the job Ed did in fixing a cable off the spool problem for me in Bullsbrook. Along with a full lube job, spring retension, track adjustments and health check of everything. Very knowledgable and professional job. Highly recommend these guys.
Very poor service and communication. I informed the company that the garage door motor cable had snapped. The technician attended and advised that the motor itself was broken and needed to be replaced, along with the connection. When I questioned this assessment further, he then stated that he did not have a replacement cable available. We were extremely happy with Swan Garage Doors. The information provided regarding $176.00 for a Service Technician, explained fully. We were having problems with a 13 year old single garage door. The prompt service and next day attendance by James, our service technician in a specific time frame was excellent. Our door was manufactured by Centurion. They charged me for 30 mins attendance, supposedly for a basic service but ended up only for a quote. Please stay away from them, there are other companies who can provide better and honest service without "the trick" of 30 mins attendance charge for $176 even though in the end they don't do anything. Great local company. It was very easy to book in with reception being very friendly and helpful considering I needed my garage fixed 2 days before Christmas. The gentleman was very professional and friendly. Extremely affordable. Support local!
