RecommendedQuick Closings and great rates/cost
Never. this so far is the worst experience I have ever had. the processor Steve Resch and whomever the underwriters is are buffoons. and the manager Bryan Dollins is no help. they keep requesting and re-requesting documents that we have already sent multiple times. can these guy NOT read!!. this will probably screw up out closing which is supposed to be this week. and I will surely tell everyone else NOT to use you...
I recommend Myra Lochner, we just recently purchased our home and couldn't have asked for any thing more, she was amazing. She took time to help us understand everything and was super. She made this process painless and enjoyable.
