Swan does produce a great product. Unfortunately it’s at the expense of employees. Well, as long as you don’t have health issues. As soon as you do, they find a way to get rid of you. I’m living proof. 10 years of service and as soon as I had health issues where I may need a day or two off, I’m “laid-off”. An attempt was made by the owner to either have me quit or fire me by insulting with obscenities and vulgar language viciously in front of employees hoping I would retaliate.
