Not good place to live neighbors violate privacy, manager favoritizes. Stolen bikes. N BBQ grills n manager doesn't mind.
I love this place. I visited my aunt here and she just loves it. So peaceful. Such a caring staff. She was heartbroken to hear of ms Piper..in the office..husband passing of Cancer.but everyone here is of very high quality.
Love this place. My mom is so happy here. Everybody is great. Ms. Mary is so sweet ..the place is top notch.
DO NOT RENT!!! The management staff is very unprofessional. They have preference over some of their renters and seem are more lenient on the rules. They constantly have parties there and take up so much of the driveway space for their visitors to park. There is constant loud music. They invade your space without prior notice or authorization; yes the space is there’s but while we have a contract with them that is technically considered our property. my husband and I stayed there for two nights in our cabover camper. Nice place, beautiful clubhouse, great pool, clean showers. We had to leave as the ants on our patio were making us crazy. Since the cabover is small we bring our own table and chairs to put on the patio. We couldn't eat out there or read out there without the ants crawling on us. The people there are very friendly so if you have a large rv this could be for you. Oh and there is no tv.
THEY SAY THEY HAVE A POOL IN THEIR AD THEY DO NO. THIS PLACE HAS VERY STRICK RULES. THAT ONLY SOME PEOPLE HAVE TO LIVE BY AND OTHERS DO NOT. IF YOU LIKE PEOPLE ALLWAYS WATCHING WHAT YOU DO AND WHEN YOU DO IT AND HOW YOU DO IT.THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. IF NOT THEN DO NOT COME HERE.THEY LIKE PEOPLE WHO WILL TELL ON OTHER PEOPLE.
