Not the best but not the worst. Roads need work but office staff very nice. I have seen better parks and I have seen worst parks. Park is a little over priced for what you get.
This trailer park is way too expensive for what you see and get. Still, they keep raising the rent each year by at least 12.00 each year. In 2018, it will now cost 260.00 a month with few amenities. Other parks in the area charge half that amount and have blacktop driveways, better roads within the parks, etc. The managers and owners must have little to no business knowledge because if they did they would know it is smarter to lower your price per unit and rent more units than to raise your price and rent fewer units.
