Totally agree with negative review. This Community has become a "low Rent district" The managment worrys about Trash can tops and yet there are vacant lots everywhere, with over grown weeds or empty trailers seating there half done being moved in. ie no skirting or finishing touches. My driveway is a mess of uneven cracks and the only answer I get is ok your on the list... I pay 365.00 a month for lot rent... and we have nothing but one tiny basketball net, a small swingset area. My sister lives here. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of parking with the many parking lots located throughout the area. Pets are welcome and the parks are great fun. The biggest negative is the condition of some of the roads. They need to be repaved and the potholes filled in. Other than that Woodland Estates gets my seal of approval.
I lived here for 3 years and found the place great. My family enjoyed all the community activites including the pool and playground. I know when I was there the rents were a great value.Rick
I lived here with my family before moving away, it was a great community. There were plenty of kids to play with but not so many that it was like living in a zoo. Ive heard it is getting bigger and they are adding more stuff for the kids to play on. It wasnt noisy at night like some mobile home parks are, and everyone kept their homes and yards neat.
Well I have been there one month now and i am not happy at all. I need a number to the corporate office if anyone has it that can send it to me. My only problem is the office they never answer the phone and that young lady Graciela is not helpful at all and doesnt need to be there. I speak spanish so thats not even no help at all like the young man says!

Having been a resident for a few years, I have watched the community decline with new ownership and management. Swan Creek was previously a very nice place to live, as all regulations applied equally to all residents and site upkeep was monitored and repairs enforced. Most importantly, Swan Creek used to have a no rental policy, which kept the riff-raff out.
