I have lived here since December 2014. I love it here. Everyone is friendly and always waves hello when you drive by. The office staff is always helpful. Please do not rate this park by the past (old) reviews. There are new playgrounds and equipment. Come on by and see for yourself.

This used to be a good park, now you have all kinds of drama and it all stems from the front office. They gossip about people who live here to there "employees" who volunteer here. If they got rid of the front office people and hired new people would want to live here. I have watched not one, not two but three houses being moved out of here in the past month. Hello.. Im sorry tot anyone who has had a bad Experience. I have read everyone elses story so please allow me to tell mine .. I have lived in new Boston my entire life my parents lived in new Boston and so forth this is a city I love and wish to go old in. The schools are excellent. we are quite happy here, it is so quiet and peaceful and we did buy one of their houses and Richard and Nancy have been very good to us and we do not think our home is a piece of junk--otherwise we would not have bought it . why stay if you are so unhappy?
Totally agree with negative review. This Community has become a "low Rent district" The managment worrys about Trash can tops and yet there are vacant lots everywhere, with over grown weeds or empty trailers seating there half done being moved in. ie no skirting or finishing touches. My driveway is a mess of uneven cracks and the only answer I get is ok your on the list... I pay 365.00 a month for lot rent... and we have nothing but one tiny basketball net, a small swingset area. Having been a resident for a few years, I have watched the community decline with new ownership and management. Swan Creek was previously a very nice place to live, as all regulations applied equally to all residents and site upkeep was monitored and repairs enforced. Most importantly, Swan Creek used to have a no rental policy, which kept the riff-raff out.
