I brought my wedding dress here for a professional cleaning about a year ago and it has been hanging in my closet under a protective cover ever since. I took it out on a whim to look at it the other day to find that a metal clasp on the strap and been snapped in half and the strap pinned to the dress. It was never mentioned, which is sneaky, and they refused to repair it stating they were not responsible for damages.
