I recently received the worst service ever at this Swan Cleaners location. As a military service man for the past 14 years this is by far the worst customer service that I have received. First of all I was not greeted nor acknowleged upon entering this location. I had to wait several minutes before anyone said anything to me. I requested that my uniforms be heavily starched. I dropped a king size comforter off to be cleaned on a thursday and was told it would be ready the next tuesday; it was not ready which i found out after driving through heavy traffic to pick it up. I called the wednesday morning and was told it had been ready on tuesday, the clerk had just not put it in a bag. I went to pick it up wednesday and the clerk was blank faced and extremely rude; the comforter was just rolled up and put in a bag, not on a hanger as it should have been. I suppose this would all be no big deal if it... read more

Asked them if it was possible to have my dry cleaning ready the next day. They said it would. You know the rest of the story. They did nothing to go above and beyond to help me. Avoid at all costs.

Good God. I called this place and the lady that answered the phone sounded like she just smoked a carton of cigarettes and downed a 5th of scotch. \$6.49 for a laundered shirt is ludicrous.
