I dropped off a coat to be steamed and a pair of white slacks with a stain. I went to pick the items up today (12/15/23) and the coat was fine but my slacks had a hole in them with a patch over the hole on the inside. Not only did someone put a hole in my pants but attempted to hide it with a patch. Why not just call me and say…I’m so sorry but we damaged your pants.
