Bad experience. Brought work shirts here to be laundered - place absolutely destroyed many of the buttons on the shirts. I went afterwards to see if they could fix the damaged buttons - they would not cover any of the damage, instead offered for $2/ button to replace them (they wouldn’t eat any of the cost). I know that there is wear and tear expected over time for laundered shirts, but a lot of these were brad new shirts with no prior damage at all. Owner is rude i tried calling the store to confirm when my clothes would be ready, he hung up on me and refused to answer after calling back never had an immature experience like this before 0/10

The male owner is very rude, and the service is not good as pick up times for items takes days i also had a terrible experience when asking if i could have same day service the owner even took down my plate number after i requested my clothes back. However i highly recommend “exquisite dry cleaning “ is Massapequa your dry cleaning experience will be met with there outstanding service
