Dropped 2 suits off at this place on Tuesday and was told I could pick it up Friday morning. I show up Friday morning just to be told they haven’t even worked on it yet and it won’t be ready until at least noon or 4pm. What is the point of dropping my stuff off 3 days early just for it to be worked on the day of pick up and why the hell would I be told to get it in the morning if it wouldn’t even be worked on? $73 for all this is ridiculous and made me so mad to the point I’m posting my first review ever.
Wonderful service- took very good care of me.
The laundry manager is awesome at this location! Jay Brady has always been very helpful. The staff at this location are always helpful.
