Do Not Go Here!!! Our family dropped off a Family heirloom dress for a church /school celebration Monday. It was to be done Thursday. The event was Friday morning. Numerous unanswered calls were made. The dress was to have a stain treatment and dry clean. The dress was not ready and no one let us know. The child to wear the dress was removed from the event due to not having the proper attire, which was the dress. Dropped 2 suits off at this place on Tuesday and was told I could pick it up Friday morning. I show up Friday morning just to be told they haven’t even worked on it yet and it won’t be ready until at least noon or 4pm. What is the point of dropping my stuff off 3 days early just for it to be worked on the day of pick up and why the hell would I be told to get it in the morning if it wouldn’t even be worked on? $73 for all this is ridiculous and made me so mad to the point I’m posting my first review ever.
Wonderful service- took very good care of me.
The laundry manager is awesome at this location! Jay Brady has always been very helpful. The staff at this location are always helpful.
